Challenge
The original design had an outdated interface, unclear value proposition, and too many sections that created information overload for the user. The brand lacked a consistent design language that would make it stand out in today's market.

Processes and solutions

Understanding the brand's values and business goals was the foundation of the redesign process. Before jumping into the design, I brainstormed with the product management team and wrote out the company's values and a short brief we could all work on.
Branding Strategy
Created a modern brand identity to translate principles of innovation, technology, and trust.
UXui Redesign
Designed a clean and simple interface, with clear CTA's and copy, that would make the experience more intutive.
Engagemanent
Introduced an interactive UI and micro-animations to grab the user's attention through dynamic features.
Cross collabarion
Collaborated with frontend team, product, and stakeholders to ensure continuous feedback and communication.

Ensuring semless user journey

To successfully ensure the user's engagement, I didn't just focus on the landing page; I also made sure to look into the onboarding completion statistics. Since the landing page will lead users to sign up, it is a crucial part in determining success.
Increased onboarding completion by 50% by analyzing user pain points and drop-off data, then optimizing the user flow based on these metrics.

Design impact and analytics

The redesign was not a one-time effort. By continuously tracking analytics and working together with stakeholders, I was able to identify areas of improvement as I also consciously improved my design and UX skills.
45.18% increase in user engagement by using methods such as competitor analysis, mapping user journeys, wireframes, and reviewing user data.
